Project Management and Business Intelligence in Health Tourism

This course aims to provide students of the Faculty of Health Tourism with essential and advanced knowledge and skills in Project Management and Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on their practical applications within the health tourism sector and healthcare and therapeutic facilities.

The course emphasizes planning, implementing, and monitoring health and tourism projects according to international best practices, while integrating data analysis and business intelligence tools to support decision-making, improve service quality, enhance sustainability, and increase patient and visitor satisfaction.
