Summary:
I am PhD graduate0 from Skema university in Lille – France in Project Management from Business College. I worked in Specialized Hospital Department dealing with both Diabetic Centers 2002-2009 and Amal Psychiatric Hospital only one year 2019. I have engaged in several ministerial projects and specialized in diabetes awareness and diabetes promotion. During Covid I was instrumental in organizing and managing covid vaccines for 3000-4000 people per day. This was a large-scale initiative but currently this has been scaled down to pediatrics, booster and PCR testing. I am involved in health education, as a diabetic health education attached to the endocrine clinic. I manage areas of chronic non-communicable diseases in primary health care (PHC).I also present health education session to junior staff. I completed my Master and PhD abroad and used my research as a platform to increase diabetes awareness in the local population.
Now I am working in Public Health dealing with health promotion and education, community vaccination awareness, helping to monitor and solve public health outbreaks. Performing presentations to eradicate health hazards that affect the community. Educating the public about health issues and empowering them to aid in the prevention of spreading diseases.
Some projects which I worked on in 2025 were: -
Scientific research: Enhancing HPV Vaccination Uptake in the UAE: A Mixed-Methods Study of Prevalence and Parental Awareness will be finishing in 2026.
worked as health educator in the Influenza Vaccination Campaign - Season 2025 - 2026 in the communicable Diseases & Immunization Section.
intended to implement a national preconception awareness campaign in community to raise awareness about the importance of preconception medical examinations and health consultations, thereby contributing to the prevention of complications and the promotion of reproductive health.
Health education for the staff and other government area in UAE.
Worked as infection control coordinator in public health.

2017 –2018: Worked in Health Information System Department (project Wareed) as project manager or the training the staff how to use the system (new staff and update the senior staff on updated system with cooperation with Cerner Company).
2016-2016 worked as project manager in nursing services section in nursing department by developing the nursing care services in all MOHAP hospitals.
2015-2013 worked as project manager in Specialized Health Care and Hospital Sector in Ministry of Health, Dubai, I was responsible about developing the care projects in both Amal
Psychiatric Hospital in Dubai and Rashid Diabetic Center in Ajman. In addition to my role as suggestions coordinator in Hospitals Sector.
